At work place, words of managers carry lot of weight as people try to work hard, to make ends meet, to make money for the bread and butter of their family.

However, bad bosses or bad managers can be terrible when it comes to destroying employee morale and motivation. Here are some common signs (or phrases), bad managers use habitually:

“Market situation is very bad,
you're lucky to even have a job."
“You are not so qualified, I hired you,
you shouldn't complain about any conditions
of your employment, no matter how bad."
“Just figure it out yourself!"

“Handle your all issues by yourself”
“I've received a report/news about you..."
“That's a stupid idea!"
“You are not dressed appropriately”
“You are so fat/thin!"
“You don't need to know what this is for
- just do what I tell you to do."
“What's wrong with you?"
“How could you be so dumb?"
“Your job is what I say it is."
“I control what you do."
“You may have family urgency but
that is not my problem!"
