PROBLEMS OF THE RICH WORLD!

India is diverse, a 3rd world country with a wide gap between the rich and the poor. But like everywhere else, the rich are becoming richer.

Money today doesn’t just talk, it barks! It is also blamed for every social ill and evil. Rich people are judged highly and respected because of cash in their pockets. Everyone wants to be with them. If you’re rich, wear expensive clothes, carry big brands and ride an amazing car, it is considered that you are flaunting your wealth; making exhibition of your money to put others down. From Mobile to Car - its not just about products and features but about how expensive it is and its a status symbol!

However, amidst all these glitter of money, parties, people following; life experiences of rich people have made them less empathetic, less altruistic, and generally more selfish. In India particularly, they are becoming insensitive. Rat race for money has left no place for human values and emotions. Is it only the money that counts? Give few extra gold and even temples offer you a premium guest visitor entry. Did the children from our rich houses, join Anna Hazare and Arvind Kejariwal in India against corruption movement? Did they go out on streets? Do they support join the protests against the rape cases that are rising in the city?

Should not we families, we parents nurture humanitarian behavior in our children? Children are the future of the our world... Spirituality can be a good remedy to today' techno-economic intoxication. It teaches us real purpose of life and understand that God resides in every living being and indifference is no good. It seems, that upper class has it harder than we think! What do you say?
